Walking till he drops, for peace
Passing along these photos of a young activist who his walking for peace until he, drops. When I shot the photos he had been walking for eleven hours..he is not eating during his walk, just drinking water. He just wants to inspire people to do something for peace.
He started at 8:00am today and will not be stopping to rest. I walked with him for a few moments, thanked him for what he was doing all in less than 5 minutes..kind of explains the photos in the link.

3. Admirable but pointless
If some rightwinger marched saying he/she would fast until Speaker Pelosi was removed, do you think that would have any actual effect?

Fasting to protest something that will not be affected at all is symbolic at best, and at such a small level it isn't worth the harm to the individual. Either the person will in fact die, or end up eating and drinking and then looking ridiculous.
