At checkout, on the "shipping method" page, enter SOMETHING about Bill O'LIElly. I enetered, "Bill O'Reilly should be fired!"

To donate to Rosie's "America's Kids", there's a donation entry for them at the first checkout page.

The shirts are REALLY cool and say all I need to say...."PEACE"

3. No, but I'm sure she would love a book about thermite welding.
We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth… Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those, who having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not..?

For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it might cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know.. it — now.”

- Patrick Henry, 1775.

Synopses & Reviews
Publisher Comments:

Take a mixture of powdered aluminum and iron oxide, ignite it, and stand back! Within seconds the mixture flames to twice the temperature of molten steel, and from the bottom of the special crucible comes molten iron. In 1914 Thermit was a cheap and simple way to weld heavy iron. (Much the same stuff as the fuel in the solid rocket boosters that put the space shuttle into orbit! Same stuff that was painted onto the skin of Hindenburg that caused it to burn so quickly! as reported recently in a Nova program on PBS).

Learn about the invention of Thermit process, welding rail, special crucible and rail molds, butt welding of pipes, broken locomotive frames, and much more. You get detailed information on the chemistry involved, how to set and preheat pieces, how and why to add nickel or titanium, the use of Thermit in foundry practice, examples including photos of repairs on a torpedo boat rudder, a locomotive frame, even a steamboat paddlewheel axle!

This is a thread to help Rosie and America's Kids and show her we support her speaking out. She's one of very FEW who have spoken the TRUTH about 911. She should be supported for speaking truth to power. It's not an easy thing to do.
