I know that deriving pleasure from the misfortune of others is wrong; so sue me...

Prague - The Czech police arrested David Duke, former leader of the Ku Klux Klan racist movement, in Prague today on suspicion of promotion of movements seeking suppression of human rights, Prague police spokesman told CTK.
Basically, they arrested him for being an asshat, a charge against which he has no defense.

No, I don't like the laws of some European countries that criminalize speech, but... I couldn't resist a little schadenfreude over this.

and if he's stupid enough to promote Holocaust denial in a nation where that's clearly illegal, he asked for this result.

and I agree with you. Last I knew schadenfreude does not equal feel sorry for. I simply disagree with the laws against Holocaust denial.

I was just stating that I don't feel sorry for the guy. He put himself in this situation. :hi:

I have mixed feelings about legislating expression; I understand the reasoning behind such laws, but I also think they often drive hateful populations underground.

4. Yeah, Nazis Always Did Well In The Czech Republic...

What is this shitstain up to now? Other than spreading hate? Of all places, next to Poland, the Czech Republic has very strong and long memories of what it was like to live under Nazi rule...as well as Communism. These are some of the most enlightened people in all of Europe who fought hard to gain their independence...from Austria-Hungary, from Germany and the Soviet Union. If this fukwad is trying to stir up old memories, he's in for a rough time.

But then, I'm surprised he hasn't made a "come back" in the rushpublican party...the party continues to move more and more in his direction.
