1. I doubt the pick will be
Edited on Thu Apr-30-09 10:00 PM by Mz Pip
anyone that high profile. The nomination of Sanjay Gupta for Surgeon General didn't work out too well so I don't think Obama will be picking another TV personality no matter how good he might be.

3. He gets my vote for clear thinking and being Constitutionally unshakeable.
No moral relativist, he.

4. I second the nomination!
If only! If only!

On the other hand, I think Glenn Greenwald might be free. And he's REEEEEALLY young!

5. He's a self-promoting asshole who loves nothing more than the sound of his own voice
And he supported the Clinton impeachment. I will NEVER forgive that.

7. You can't always agree with what people may believe. I think he is
well suited and would be a progressive voice for civil liberties and the Constitution. Even with the Clinton thing he said Habeas Corpus should be the law.

9. Turley leans Libertarian as he has stated in his own words...
Edited on Thu Apr-30-09 11:22 PM by Spazito
"I tend to have a fair dose of libertarian feelings so CATO has always held some interest for me." "I tend to be a mutt when it comes to my political views with some conservative, some libertarian and some liberal elements."
