If there were ever a place NOT to be bipartisan....it's when you pick the supreme court
President Obama better not pick someone who is "bipartisan" for Souter's Supreme Court vacancy.....if he were to be partisan on one thing, let it be this.

The SCOTUS gave us BUSH 2...what a fuck up that was...it led to the most horrific administration in American History

2. Souter was a Republican appointee IIRC.
They thought he was someone completely different than he turned out to be. Having said that, I don't want no stinking gutless middle-of-the-road wimp to take that seat.

I want someone who will age Scalia in dog years.

5. I would love to see him nominate Laurence Tribe
Yes, I know he is 68 but he is the preeminent constitutional scholar of our time. I'd rather have 10 good years from Tribe than 30 years from some middle of the road hack.
