Each day has a theme, every day has a message.
I happened to catch a bit of the Daily Briefing before the President "surprised" the gaggle of question askers disguised as journalists. They were just sitting there asking the same question over and over again, kind of like a monday in a required high school algebra class.
Really, they are like high school kids...
OMG, O pic LBRL. LOL GOP.
Seriously, if all they can do is hurl questions at whoever happens to be standing at the podium, why should we take them seriously? Are they really just there waiting for a gaffe? Maybe we should write an existential play called Waiting for the Gaffe. When Gaffe gets here, everything will change.
It really is just silly stuff when you come right down to it. And if the papers don't somehow make a comeback in the next few years, this is what's increasingly going to pass for journalism. Well quaffed question hurlers forever waiting for the Gaffe.
