Does anyone know what happened with that? Hmmm. Nothing, afaik.

On March 4, 2009 Miers and former former Deputy Chief of Staff to President Bush Karl Rove agreed to testify under oath before congress about the firings of U.S. attorneys

On February 23, 2009 Karl Rove was again required by Congressional subpoena to testify before the House Judiciary Committee concerning his knowledge of the US Attorney firings and the alleged political prosecution of former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman but did not appear on this date. He and former White House Counsel Harriet Miers have since agreed to testify under oath before congress about these matters.<102>

1. Rove was busy that day, and told congress he would
let them know when he has some spare time in which to comply. He also told them that if they didn't stop being so pushy, he just wouldn't bother showing up at all......so there.

performance enhancing number twelve boot headed straight for their ass. Congress needs to put a large well aimed swift boot, right dead in Karl's ass and the fear of the lord in his un military mind, ASAP!

Edit...anything less would be uncivilized!

Edit..."Remember the 'performance enhancing boot in the ass,' young man...or you will see it again."
