The problem with Souter retirement

It will "distract" from Obama's agenda. He should have tried to convince him to stay in the bench indefinitely. For Obama to have to be worried about the rule of law is just not fair.

3. It is not Obama's job to worry about the "rule of Law"

and in fact, he has made it more imperative for those whose job it is to do something about it by releasing the information (over which he did have control). If justice is your "pony", you should be thanking Obama instead of dissing him.

I think Obama has already proven quite adept at handling a full agenda.
