3. Amy brough tears to my eyes.....

amongst so much fake and manufactured patriotism....she is our bright and shining star....

she lets us know that we have to fight...we have to fight....make them do single paye rhealth insurance...raise hell and make them do it....
made me feel a little embarrassed about my disillusionment with everything....she is such an incredible fighter and journalist...
She stayed hours after the event to sign books...she signed two for me....

Tom....made me remember to believe
I absolutely love the depth of that man

7. Amy had a similar impact

when she was at the Green Festival in Seattle several weeks ago...She's incredibly inspiring. I'm not especially talkative by nature but I remember not being able to shut up when she signed her book for me.

11. I saw Amy speak once with her brother plus Noam Chomsky

in Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA when she was doing a book tour for "Exception to the Rulers". She is one of my favorites and I need to get back in the habit of watching Democracy Now every day. :D
