Gubernatorial candidate posts nude photos online
Edited on Tue May-05-09 01:10 PM by Kevin Spidel
An Arizona Gubernatorial candidate for 2010 is the showcase of what NOT to do by posting nude photos of himself and a woman on the internet through Flickr, a social networking photo posting site.

snip

The latest in crossing the line is from 2010 Arizona Gubernatorial Candidate John Paul Mitchell (aka “aznextgov” on Twitter.) He has nearly 2,000 followers on Twitter. Last night he posted new head shots on his Flickr account, which also included pictures of a nude women. He even failed to block out the face of the woman, whose nude photos are now on the internet for the world to see. This is irresponsible and offensive behavior.

EDIT: He asked me to remove it. I feel bad for the woman involved so have agreed to by end of day. See his request here: http://twitter.com/aznextgov/status/1708315201

So you will be able to access this today only ;)

4. When the word "awesome" looks itself up in the dictionary...
...there are nude photos of gubernatorial candidates in the margin.

3. It's amazing how many people do not realize that their
Flickr images are visible to the public unless they make them invisible. Much can be learned by plugging screen names into links to that photo hosting site. Most people use the same screen names in multiple places, so it's pretty instructive for curious people to see what's out there.

Internet Privacy Rule 1: If you post naked photos of yourself or others on the web, they will be found and viewed by folks you didn't consider.

9. Are the pics cached on tumblr, or just the links?
Because the link that I found on tumblr brings me to the same page which has removed the pic. Regardless, keep the pics up or take them down on your own accord. Don't let his lawyer bully you, he posted the pictures on the internet and can't harass you once the cat is out of the bag.

13. What a maroon.
The people who use the internet as a marketing or promotional tool yet have no idea how it works never fail to provide a ridiculous amount of entertainment.
