Joe the Plumber claims to have friends he won't allow around his children
Very weird. I've never heard of a decent, hard-working, family-values oriented father who hung with people he didn't feel were fit to be in the same room with as children.

Joe the Plumber calls gays 'queer'

NEW YORK (AP) — Samuel Wurzelbacher, the Ohio man hailed as "Joe the Plumber" by Republican John McCain's presidential campaign last year, said he believes gays are "queer" and said he won't allow them near his children.

Nevertheless, Wurzelbacher said the decision about whether to allow same-sex couples to marry should be left to states.

"People don't understand the dictionary — it's called queer," Wurzelbacher told Christianity Today in an interview published this week. "Queer means strange and unusual. It's not like a slur, like you would call a white person a honky or something like that. You know, God is pretty explicit in what we're supposed to do — what man and woman are for."

He added, "I've had some friends that are actually homosexual. And, I mean, they know where I stand, and they know that I wouldn't have them anywhere near my children. But at the same time, they're people, and they're going to do their thing."

More at the link, including his statement that he might run for office, but that God hasn't told him to yet. (Smart guy, that God.) Oh, and Joe also hopes to "inspire some leaders."

13. They're always trying to recruit Young Republicans, you know.
You can tell one by how they dress.

2. Look people, Joe is disgusting.. but even he admits that teh gay are going to
be gay no matter what... and that "do what you want, as long as it doesn't hurt me" is enough for Joe. I'm sorry but many people are like Joe... but most aren't stupid enough to be quoted or to be overly concerned with gay people when they are losing their jobs and home.

5. That's possibly -
outside of the moment when Tony Soprano grabbed a pillow and was ready to smother his mother who had just had a stroke - my most favorite moment in TV history.

Thanks for reminding me......................

being gay is the same as being a pedophile, right?

He's getting smarter, isn't he?

8. The gaybashers all think that. That's why they make a point of using the word "recruiting"
It's done to reinforce the gay=pedo slur

(now that I think of it, does it make anyone else a bit nervous that the Army has "recruiting officers"?)

11. I just watched "Milk" this afternoon -
and the word "recruit" was, of course, one of Harvey Milk's buzz words.

Jesus, that movie was brilliant. Sean Penn deserved that Oscar, as did the screenwriter. I was in San Francisco when all that happened, and I sat here in tears, just watching it all.

Penn was brilliant. I was shocked, he was so good.

Harvey Milk deserved better. What a terrible loss.....................

Or is he that angry because his ex-wife wouldn't do those things with him?

(I mean the part with the strap-on, of course)
