Bush and Cheney MUST be indicted if there is to be ANY justice.

Everyone who is guilty of torture, authorizing torture, or covering up torture should be tried, convicted, and imprisoned for a long, long, long time.

But, heading that list are George W. Bush and Richard B. Cheney. And, I hope with all of the dicussion about the CIA and Nancy Pelosi we don't lose sight of that fact.

And, if that means giving immunity to CIA officers and members of Congress to get to Bush and Cheney, I'm willing to give it.
