11. Yes, if you have Adblock, you just subscribe to a list that blocks them for you.

Open up Adblock's preferences, under 'Filters', click on the 'Add filter subscription' and add the list. Mine is the first one, Easylist USA. This takes care of the vast majority of adds.

I didn't see the dinner last night. I wouldn't have walked across the street or punched it up on my satellite dish to see it if it was FREE. As far as I'm concerned, it was an opportunity for a bunch of rich elites to get together and clap themselves on the back, celebrating how smart THEY are, and how stupid WE are, for swallowing the swill they SELL us. They get top dollar for lies and obfuscation. I don't condone ANY joke concerning those who died on the ELEVENTH of SEPTEMBER 2001, and I don't make jokes about it. EVER.

How do we CHEER anyone who speaks at an event that 99.99 percent of us wouldn't be invited to on our BEST day?

She's rude, crude, and before this weekend, most people wouldn't have admitted to considering her a HERO much less heard of her. HERO. A FUCKING HERO for making funny comments about the previous administration. Hero? Are you kidding? I don't give a fuck that she's gay. I hadn't heard of her, hadn't seen her television show, and before today, based on her comedy, I'd say she was nothing more than some white network executive's pawn.

Then again, that's what the White House Correspondent's Dinner is all about.
