I watched regular mode TeeVee in HD mode for five years and I was just getting used to the fact not everyone was as wide and short as I thought they were... Only to discover this charming feature!

6. I had a projection TV some years ago

and the resolution was good enough that I could see zits under pancake makeup and other flaws. I decided back then that bigger was NOT better and haven't owned a screen bigger than 20 inches since.

My eyes aren't good enough for HD. I'll keep the analog signal from Direct TV for now. It's fine for me.
