The first one had the reference to Tex at the end ... in thw last two or three paragraphs. It also mentioned one other R rep and John Conyers. That's all now changed. No mention of Conyers. And they did have him as John, but the correct state (WI)

I was looking for Dick DeGuerin's name - the defense attorney - and I see that there's a whole different reference to impeachment, quoting DeGuerin.

My guess is that the defense attorney - who is God in Texas legal circles - had some objections to the tone of the original article.

Clinton was disbarred for lying in his testimony and that was a consensual relationship. I also disagree with finding him a "special" jail just because he has medical problems. I had a friend who died in jail (he had AIDS) and the jail refused to give him his medications. Just because this POS is who he is he NOT "special" and should suffer the consequences of his actions.


DeGuerin asked for mercy and that Vinson consider Kent’s alcoholism, diabetes and other mental and physical problems and sentence him to a medical facility.


I really hope that he gets impeached. He doesn't deserve his pension.

Hillary's health care project was the worst thing they could have done, and his instant backing down on gays in the military showed him to be vulnerable, so the Capitol Hill hyenas closed in on him. And apparently he felt the NEED to "torture" these women while they were there trying to work and make a living. One woman lost her job and her husband because she spoke up, all because of this jerk coming to work DRUNK and felt the sexual urge. Cornering one woman in a closet. Not my idea of a good working environment.

I don't think this person deserves special treatment. He could still receive his medication while serving out his time for his crimes at the same facilities as other inmates. Having said ALL that I have no compassion even sick bullies like this old bastard.

I've always heard prisoners get the "best" medical treatment then the rest of us.

You may want to take the time to do a little research on the BOP (Bureau of Prisons), any prisoner with medical needs can ask the judge to sentence him to a medical facility. The facilities are still prisons - they are still operated by the BOP.

You need to make up your mind, are you about justice or vengeance. Do think bad people should be treated badly or do you think that they should be treated justly and humanely?

As you consider your response, think what the rightwingers like to say about the suspected terrorists. Your posts come real close to sounding like their justification of torture and abuse.

or who had served their time, and very quickly committed another offense. Got caught, got convicted, got sent up again. They have shelter, medical care, food, and a social life. No joke.

A friend of mine, a respected journalist of national renown, was interviewing a convicted felon in a penitentiary a long time ago - the early eighties - and while he was doing this, he found himself thinking that he could live there - everything was taken care of and all he had to give up was the outside world. He was shocked at how appealing it seemed to him.

A federal judge, though, in custody? It would have to be a very minimum security place - otherwise, his life wouldn't be worth spit......
