I really thought we might have our Kennedy, but as usual, I was dead wrong. So far. Until President Obama steps up and proves me wrong. I'm waiting... President Obama could get the economy to better than it was before, but it doesn't fucking matter if he is trying to sweep the Bush crimes under the carpet as it appears he is doing. Note that I said, 'Appears'. Here's hoping like hell he proves otherwise.

I wanted soooooo bad for Obama to be the right man, for the right time, just when we needed him! But it is becoming more and more apparent everyday that he is NOT that guy. I hope he has some grand endgame in sight because right now, speaking as a progressive liberal, I feel BETRAYED by this guy who keeps kissing the asses of the corporations who screwed us AND helping cover up the crimes of the Bush administration. I too hope he proves me wrong, but the evidence seems to point more towards what Turley is saying I'm afraid.

i preferred his 'professorial' explanations...he sounds like the frantic cheerleader, and it detracts from the weight of his opinion, IMO...

5. Turley is amazing- I think we all need to thank the ACLU- and hope he is right.

Because there can be no compromise here- period and it is indeed alarming that President Obama would not be abiding by the constitution.
Every time I listen to Turley, I find myself imagining what an amazing experience it would be to be in one of his classes at GW. What an inspiring professior he must be to those law students!
