If they aren't war crimes, then the 9/11 attacks were not war crimes or crimes against humanity or any other moniker you want to attach to them...

Iraq was not a threat to us before, during or after 9/11. The Bush Administration knew this to be true but still used them to further their empirical agenda.

If they are not brought to justice, then justice is just a word with no meaning.
