24hourfitness.com
I keep getting a box- Website Certified by Unknown Authority for 24hourfitness.com. I click on the choice- Do not accept or connect to this website but it comes back in time. This has only happened when I was on DU's site. I am running SeaMonkey 1.1.16 and Norton 16.5.0.134. Any ideas as to what this is about? I did a search on 24hourfitness.com and it seems to be legit but I haven't gone to the site. Could it be a Google ad on DU?

1. Probably...
Donate and get your star to turn off the ads and make it go away. ;)

2. You may be infected with spyware

That doesn't sound like the behavior of a Google ad.

If you have some anti-spyware software installed I would do a scan. If you don't have any, here are some links where you can get some for free. I use these at home:

Spybot Search & Destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html

SuperAntiSpyware (free edition): http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html

4. Uh-oh -
You might have been hit by the virus that got me - and a whole lot of other people.

Run this - http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php - and then check out this thread, which has a happy ending for me, and see if any of it applies to you.

If it does, the joy of it is that it's very, very easily remedied.

Good luck..............
