Weren't Harry Reid and other Senate Democrats also briefed by the CIA on waterboarding?

If that's the case, or allegedly the case (as I believe the CIA is full of shit), why aren't they going after Reid?

It kind of makes you wonder who the GOP wants to leave in Democratic leadership positions and who they don't...

Pelosi, as ranking member of the Intelligence Committee was part of the "gang of four" who received special intelligence briefings.

I think I've heard reports over the last week or so that Peter Hoekstra was the chairman of that committee in the House during that era.

She seemed to be pretty well hated on DU in the past couple years since she said impeachment was off the table and she practiclly rubber stamped Bush the last couple years? I don't really understand why the Republicans hate her so much they walked all over her and Reed the last couple years.
