cheney was a big pain in the ass for powell during the first gulf war and cut defense dept spending. on his radio show limpballs called powell the "little general" and ridiculed his run for the republican presidential nomination. powell`s wife finally told him to stop his bid because of the nasty shit they were saying about him.
