Regarding the many crimes, torture, and broken laws, by Republicans AND Dems:
If Congress will not review and work to bring to justice those that committed crimes and broke laws, shouldn't they themselves be prosecuted/impeached as part of the conspiracy to cover it up, obstruct justice, and walk away?
If the Pentagon and DOD will not work to bring to justice those that committed crimes and broke laws, shouldn't they themselves be prosecuted/impeached as part of the conspiracy to cover it up, obstruct justice, and walk away?
If the Justice Department will not review and work to bring to justice those that committed crimes and broke laws, shouldn't they themselves be prosecuted/impeached as part of the conspiracy to cover it up, obstruct justice, and walk away?
If the FBI will not review and work to bring to justice those that committed crimes and broke laws, shouldn't they themselves be prosecuted/impeached as part of the conspiracy to cover it up, obstruct justice, and walk away?
If CIA will not review and work to bring to justice those that committed crimes and broke laws, shouldn't they themselves be prosecuted/impeached as part of the conspiracy to cover it up, obstruct justice, and walk away?
If the executive branch and President will not review and work to bring to justice those that committed crimes and broke laws, shouldn't they themselves be prosecuted/impeached as part of the conspiracy to cover it up, obstruct justice, and walk away?
Remind me again what the technical jurisprudence term is that describes how the executive branch or the Congress has authority to decide what gets investigated, and what gets procesecuted??? Please!! I would like to use this process to request that the Congress and President step away from other prosecutions that really shouldn't be pursued either.
Help me out here....
