I'm thinking about trying them for a ReFi but I just want to see if anyone here has \had any dealings with them.

2. Yes, I did.
I got a better deal from my bank I've done business with for years. My bank, BTW, was not included in any of the results I got from Lending Tree. Lending Tree did help me get an initial handle on going rates but they were useless except for that.

6. I hear they've got some innovative new home mortgage products.
Why don't you look into one of those Adjustable Rate Mortgages? You can't lose because we all know home values always go up and never down.

3. I did
my first mortgage, they saved me some cash over what I was being offered locally. I don't know how it is now but remember that you aren't obligated to any of the lenders they send to you.

No problems at all with any of the lenders.
