Mark Halperin said that Obama would aim not to make his speech partisan (which uh, doesn't mean that the MOTIVATION for the speech is not political), and Joe started spazzing out "NOOOOO, This has NOTHING to do with NANCY PELOSI's NUMBERS DROPPING! OR that REPUBLICANS are GAINING IN NEVADA! NOOOOOOOOOO! ALL about Obama feeding us OATMEAL! DADDY KNOWS BEST!" First, moron, saying that the speech would aim not to be partisan does not mean it does not have a specific target or motivation, and secondly, this is a speech to Obama's base, not because of "Nancy Pelosi's poll numbers!"
