my nephew the war hero. sigh.

maybe a couple people remember that my nephew was awarded the first congressional medal of honor since viet nam. at the time, he did not want his name used, as he feared for his family back home. ( last i heard it was major mark mitchell) but he and his men, are now the subject of a book.

i don't remember that we won in afghanistan, although i recall that product being shopped around.
what a waste.
i just hope mark is ok, and hasn't done anything that will have them in the dock at the hague some day. not sure if i can read this. guess i need to at least buy it. but i am not sure i can get through it if it is just a piece of propaganda.
