when we know the breadth and scope was far larger than that. We also know that Abu Grahib was not the work of a few bad apples. We also know that torture was probably deployed to get certain pre-determined results linking Al Qaida to Sadaam, etc,. There's a lot that the public now knows that Dick Cheney doesn't seem to know we know. Shouldn't someone tell him?

Now, does CONTINUING to cover-up torture and excuse it count as part of the "Conspiracy to Torture" that is now part of the Patriot Act?
