Have the new president and or the new attorney general and or the near-super-majority congress had anything to say about this?

I find it a little discomforting knowing that somebody in the previous administration was able to orchestrate a biological attack on the American people in parallel with the jetliner attacks of the Eleventh of September.

Are we going to revisit this anytime soon?

1. FBI is getting National Institute of Science to evaluate their stuff.

It won't go well. There's nobody not connected to FBI that has a good word to say about it. And even if it went perfectly, it doesn't prove their case.

That's the last I heard sometime last Winter.

6. There's another thing that is never mentioned and that's

the scientific community was fixin' to sue FBI over their conduct of the case. Can't remember what the specific filing was going to be. But, since that leaked out, the science guys at Ft Dietrich have been kept busy by an extensive "audit" of their goodies. Imho, "disincentivizing" them up one side and down the other.

Those guys were all pretty mad about the way Bruce Ivins was treated and especially that he ended up destabilized and dead and all. I don't think they filed or will file because there has been nothing said for a long time now.

10. What the Bush fixer Mueller didn't count on was the scientific community

objecting and Americans actually paying attention. His case is crap and it was widely criticized. The whole thing didn't go down the way he wanted it to.
