Why? If they are not charged with anything, why lock them in such horrible conditions? Why would this be better than Gitmo? What am I missing?

May be overlap in some time, but the need to close the recruiting tool is important. These cases are very confusing, as how we conducted this created many messy cases.

Well, it doesn't get more "factual" than that, does it? After all, "he said" he was "preparing" an "advertising campaign" that would "call the use" of what "he considered" an inferior legal system to try detainees “the Bush-Obama doctrine.”

In the same vein, I am given to believe without question that M&Ms melt in one's mouth, and never in one's hand.

What I am meant to take from the chocolate goo in my palm right now is anyone's guess - perhaps someone's "advertising campaign" will explain "the use" of what "they consider" to be an inferior chocolate product, and the consequences thereof.

I will, of course, be reassured by such - uh - "factual information".

But there's no inmates there. It's been empty since the completion of construction. What they should do is send the detainees there.

Again, a new facility that will prevent interactions with other prisoners, so the FBI director will not lose his pants. The mayor wants 100, the city wants them but their senator does not.

So at least Durbin is better than Baucus.
