Isn't it correct that she kind of went thru it when nominated to 2d Circuit, but finally got unanimous approval from Judiciary committee??? The thought is that she'd have an easy time now (if logic were to prevail!)

5. Watch The Delay Tactics... |

She should sail through the Judiciary Committee...the votes are already there, including Arlen. Sessions will try to showboat and obstruct which will delay things, but not derail this from getting to the full Senate. The game here will be to see what tricks the rushpublicans play in delaying this nomination from moving forward and using that time to try to launch a PR campaign to make her sound like a bull-dyke alien communist who eats kittens.
