Mike Huckabee comes out hard against the Sonia Sotomayor appointment, with a bit of a misfire as concerns her name:

She *might* be to the left of Souter, who seems to be moderate or slightly left-of-center but to think that her on the court is going to dramatically shift the court anywhere is nonsense. Between Scalia, Thomas, Alito, Roberts, SCOTUS has a "healthy" rightward tilt to it that would require the absence of one of THEM (or maybe even Kennedy) to alter in any substantive way.
