The Judicial Watch guy on MSNBC is hilarious!
He opposes Sotomayor because:

1) Obama appointed her

2) The definition of empathy is actually, "activist"

Schuster had a hard time keeping from laughing out loud and Tamryn cracked up after Dave threw it over to her.
