She has a law degree, was a prosecuting and a defense attorney, and has been a judge since 1991.

Ensign was a veterinarian, a Representative and a Senator.

Just how the hell does Ensign think he knows enough about the judicial process to even determine what kind of job Judge Sotomayor has done?

How would he feel if she stepped into his veterinary clinic and started critiquing how he treated animals?

Can he define hubris or even chutzpah?
