When DUers get together....... An idea from last night.

At the DU meeting in DC last night we had an idea. We were in general agreement that some great research was coming from reporters like Brad Friedman and Larisa Alexandrovna. And we noted many times that DU as a whole wondered why some topic wasn't being researched and reported in the media.

What if DU had it's own reporter(s)? What if we hired independent reporters (as needed) and directed by vote and contributions to research a topic of interest to DU?

The final product would be research and reports exclusively from DU.
