Greg Nies, who recently dropped out of the Lititz Mayoral race, is charged with aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
Police allege the 52-year-old Nies had an inappropriate relationship with a 12-year-old girl from 2002 to 2003.
The criminal complaint explains the young girl was a member of a church youth group lead by Nies.
The 12-year-old became close with Nies and his wife. The victim would sleep over their house when her grandparents would leave town.
According to court papers, Nies would meet the little girl in the basement where she slept. He allegedly kissed her, touched her and said, "This is what dads do."
