Has the Republican jumped the shark yet?
Seriously, I thought they did several times since Obama got elected, but it seems someone keeps bringing a bigger water tank to jump over.

2. they still have two crucial things going for them: money and our non-existent collective memory
and if that doesn't work, the corporate parasites will just find more hosts in the Democratic Party.

Fortunately, the Bushco fools are digging a grave for the Republican Party, because they won't go away and let anyone forget about them!

When they realized America was becoming a more tolerant place, they made some investments. Hedged their bets.

Bill Clinton, Evan Bayh, Ben Nelson, Tom Carper, Chris Dodd etc.

They were scared to death their 30 year investment in Arlen was going down the drain but they fixed that by making him a Democrat.
