Well, just who was responsible ??
Did Nancy Pelosi stand over the prisoners and pour water down their windpipes? Or did she just give orders to pour water down their windpipes? Or was it the Democrats on the House and Senate Intelligence Committees that gave the orders? Just who was responsible?

Or was it the CIA new hires, the contractors, that volunteered to do the dirty work? Or was it the CIA officers in the field?

Or did it come from higher up? From the White House? From the Office of the Vice President? From the Secretary of Defense? Who do you think was responsible?

1. The Bush Administration, Sir, And No One Else
The highest persons in that administration conceived, planned, and executed a policy of torturing prisoners, and ordered subordinates to carry it out. Responsibility for this lies in that chain of command, and nowhere else.

11. Who cares about that argument? Torture is a war crime
Punish those who authorized it and ordered it be done. Investigate those who allegedly were briefed and if it is found that they were briefed and knew America was torturing, they should be tried as accomplices. This is not a Republican-Democrat thing, it is an illegal thing that needs to be fully investigated.
