Tinfoil Hat time? My cable company is running messages...
at the moment, every 2 or 3 minutes on all channels for at least the last 1/2 hour. It's a test message, but it beeps and blocks out the sound of whatever your watching for about 15 seconds. It's very annoying. Here's the tinfoil hat part, at the end of the message, it states that I can get more information by turning to channel 16. Well, after seeing the message a few times, I got curios and decided to see if this was due to some known technical issue. I don't know where my mind was, because I knew that Channel 16 on my service is C-SPAN, which provides no information about the annoying message, but is currently showing Hillary's speech. Incidentally, it seems to be the only channel that isn't broadcasting the the test.

2. Here in Gerry Ford Ville C-Span is off the air, All other stations are fine, but no C-Span. I called
the cable company, no people around got a recording that said they were experincing tech troubles, since 5 am.

3. Our cable company has (or perhaps it is a nationwide phenom) been
putting blips of non-related commercials just in front of the actual commercial, just a sec or two, apparently a new method for grabbing one's attention. I switch it just about a sec or two afterward.
