For millions of years there have been gays and lesbians, and finally in today's society they can come out and show their true selves instead of being killed for it! They are people just like us. God created them, just like every other straight person, for you Catholics and Christians - we are ALL Gods children. For millions of years people have had to fight for their rights! Black people, woman, immigrants to come into our America, War so our countries can be free. Gays and lesbians have a right to fight for marrying their significant other and like everyone else and I damn hope they succeed and that it stays that way. Just a little food for thought... because once you think about, you're being kind of mean and hurting those who can't help their feelings.....do you know any gay people? What did they do to you?

This girl is 16 and lives in a rather conservative area. Kudos to her! We need more straight allies like her!
