Kermit Ruffins to wed onstage at French Quarter Fest
Those familiar with the New Orleans Music Scene know that Kermit Ruffins is to today's New Orleans what Fats Domino was in the 40's and 50's. He plans to marry his fiance after his 3:15 performance on 14 April during the French Quarter Fest. Should be an awesome wedding reception.

1. What a hoot
Kermit is excellent, and FQF is an experience not to be missed. What a fun party - stages and food booths spread from the waterfront and throughout the Quarter.

I rate this as good, if not better, than Jazz Festival.

2. We haven't missed an FQF in years
Its certainly much more user friendly and logistically sounder then the Jazz Fest, which we haven't been to in years. And the food -- aaaahhhh!
