Edwards didn't buy a McMansion. Those are categorized by being colossal homes built on property normally reserved for regular one-family houses.

Edwards bought a huge parcel of land, tore down hundreds of trees and built his estate.

Now, I, personally, don't care what the man does with his money, but I just wanted to point that out.
