In my understanding of the UCMJ, it is illegal for military personnel to attend protests in uniform.

I understand it's OK to wear an old uniform if you've been discharged. If he is active, though, he's gonna have some 'splainin' to do.

only "former" Marines. I've been reprimanded on that a few times.
I thought that might be my son for a moment...only I know he's not in Washington right now but back in Iraq on his third tour.
