Turns out, as you noted, Obama was helping a woman take her place on the platform, and yep, I saw the video--no leering at all. The pic, though, is hysterical, and that French prez was caught at a rather precise moment, too.

Pictures do lie! But anyone who doesn't find that shot amusing is a fuddy duddy. It's a hoot, and it's even MORE of a hoot because it isn't what it looks like.

The news was calling it a case of "Tail to the Chief!" that turned out to be quite innocent.
