Her five-year old petty grudge was picked up by some rightwing blogger and passed on to Drudge's site today:
RHODES (34:52): The reasons that I have for thinking he (Franken) will make a terrible Senator are really valid. I’ve kept them to myself. I’ve not put them on the air. I let the man run without the burden of what I know, which is all documentable and researchable and you can find it on the Internet. Never said a word. Left it to the voters in Minnesota to find out. Left it to Norm Coleman to expose it if he did some background operational research he could have found a lot of stuff. Didn’t bother to do it.
It’s Norm Coleman’s fault. I tell you that I think Norm Coleman is a horrible Senator. I think he’s a horn dog. I think he’s a womanizer. I think he’s a liar and I think he’s a terrible senator.
http://radioequalizer.blogspot.com/2009/07/al-frankens-former-talk-radio.htmlMaybe it's time that she worked on her jealousy issues. If it's consumed her to the point that it sound like she was rooting for a scumbag like Coleman, it's pretty pathetic.
And what's with this adolescent, "I know stuff..." routine?
If she has such shocking dirt on Al, then let's hear it. Or is she just talking out of her ass again?
On the one hand you have Senator Franken, who, while not as far left as some may like, is respected by most progressive leaders and has a solid track record for our side.
On the other, you have an egomaniac, whose narcissism has cost her a job at two networks and has no problem undermining her party in order to advance some one-sided feud.
I know who I'm going to believe here.
Is it any wonder she irrelevant as far as progressive media goes? Never has someone's status as a pariah been more deserved.
