Great movie, incredibly relevant, but very disturbing and just reinforces the forces lined up against the public in so many ways. We came out angry, charged up, but the problem (greed, large corporations, lobbyists) seems so vast it is hard to know where to start.

see the movie, but not before you eat!

4. Did you go to McDonald's or Applebee's after the flick?
Sorry, couldn't resist, and I'm just messing with ya.

I was in Chipotle tonight, and they had a big poster for "Food Inc" next to the cash register.
I remember reading right here on DU, how that's not exactly representative of the Burrito king.
Apparently, the tomato pickers in Florida are not yet in the "let's do it responsibly" fold.
I can believe that too.

I will see the film, and I hope you had a good time!

12. Went home and made a nice meal from our garden veggies!
Seriously, everyone should see the movie. Sadly, few will. Not nearly as loud or fast or suited to the microattention crowd as Harry Potter movies...

5. I read the book
and want to see it in the worse way. Unfortunately no showings within 50 miles of me, but it is playing in my hometown (in another state).

I may just have to take a trip home to see this.
