Obama on Letterman
ABC's Jonathan Greenberger and Sarah Amos report: Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., does not rule out the eventual possibility of a Clinton-Obama ticket in his appearance on tonight's "Late Show with David Letterman," according to excerpts from the show's transcript that have been released by CBS.

Letterman repeatedly asks Obama if he would consider being the vice presidential candidate on a ticket with Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y. Obama responds that "you don’t run for second," and then borrows one of Clinton's lines, saying, "I think all the candidates are in to win." Still, Obama does not make any "Sherman-esque" statements ruling out the possibility of eventually pairing up with the New York senator.

Obama also talks in the interview about how the campaign is straining his family life: “I’m not getting back to Chicago very often. My wife is starting to refer to me as her first husband. It’s a little disturbing,” Obama says. “It’s a little troublesome. I’ve got to spend more time there.”

When asked their reactions to seeing the interview, audience members told ABC News they thought Obama came across as charismatic, although one man noted he was "light" but not "extremely funny."

2. I doubt he and Hillary will share a ticket - not fond of one another.
