2) Cut all email addresses out of the To: field and paste them into the CC: field.

3) Replace the Re: in the subject line with Fw:

4) Put [e-mail] in the To: field.

5) Put the following into the body of the email:

I just received a fishy email.

It'll scare the shit out of the coward rightwinguts who sent it.
