We can still step away from the edge, but it will take the kind of fortitude nobody has. It means removing certain ahem commentators from the air, since they are some of the worst perpetrators. It means penetrating and disarming the militia movement and it means a whole sale revision of gun laws and what is allowed on the air.

UNTIL somebody gets killed, none of this will even get close to the edge of the table.
