The republicans and the far right have been presenting distortions and lies, while the media is exploiting those lies to the max

The Democrats, when they have an opportunity try to correct the misrepresentations are either drowned out, or aren't even heard

Where is an actual debate of the issues regarding healthcare. The media sure doesn't seem to want it

Why isn't there a series of debates, pro and con, with a moderator?

The health care for profit industry is spending an estimated $1,400,000 a day to catapult their propaganda.

That can buy you a pretty big megaphone.

Another reason is that American Corporate Media serves the interests of BIG CORPORATIONS at the expense of the rest of us.

Corporate Pravda came to America at least 40 years ago.

A friends from Eastern Europe once told me; "At least we knew Pravda was bullshit. Your American media is bullshit and you all think it's the truth!"

So, let me ask again for the 100th time. Poverty scales aside, are premiums different for people with different ages / health conditions, etc.?

I always hear crickets. If somebody has to pay almost as much in premiums as the actual healthcare because of a health condition, say, stage 4 tragicsoapopera disease, and they can't make their payments because they're not working due to their illness, do they get fined? Does their coverage cap out?

Why can't we answer these very simple questions? either side?

3. It is hard to give a difinitive answer when the final bill hasn't been written yet.

The reason Democrats can't get out in front on this is we just don't know.. All we get are rumors and a rough draft to work with..It might be different once the Senate finishes with their bill and every committee in the House votes the bill out. Then we get to real gist of the thing.. Until then all we have are rumors and lies..

I mean, we could easily have predicted that failing to address real issues with a vision statement might end up with us behind the eightball, and vulnerable.

Value systems are the rationale for making a decision when there are multiple decisions yielding different outcomes. If our rationale behind choosing to require insurance had nothing to do with healthcare reform, then our value system was inconsistent and doomed on this topic.

The road to hell has fresh paving, so let's use it.

Why are we waiting for the bill to give us an answer cut out of whole cloth? Let me bring it home. Where do democrats stand on level premiums? What exactly did Obama mean when he said "most Americans" will qualify for the governmetn healthcare program? What do we expect him to mean? Why are we being passive and babbling about lies and stupid shit like that when we have the opportunity to lay it out, in detail, well before any bill is crafted?

"Some Health Care Analyst's" predict that if Health Care continues on it's present course, within ten years the cost for health insurance will be about HALF OF YOUR TAKE HOME PAY!

The for profit health corporations saw their profits Rise 412% in the years from 2000 to 2007. I think my pay in the same time period rose about 5%?
