a mandate to purchase care from the insurance companies and the R's STILL won't vote for it. The President needs a win on this politically and will cave to get one. Nothing in his Presidency says otherwise. Yep - that's the change I wanted.

12. Hardball said yesterday that independents are moving against

the President's health care plan by a 2-1 margin (just a snapshot - subject to change of course). They were 2-1 for his agenda a few months ago. The middle is who decides elections especially in non-safe congressional districts. The blue dogs will bolt and the President will cave if things don't change quickly. Just my opinion/prediction.

health care plan. Not approval rating. Sorry if I was not clear in my post. The President is down 4 points among independents according to your posted poll and still quite high. I wonder how those numbers look in blue dog congressional districts though. That is my point.
