This is their answer.

No. That's not what it says. What it says is, it will begin to phase such special needs individuals into the public health insurance system. IOW, those people who qualify for Medicaid and people under 65 who qualify for Medicare will be eligible for this system instead. Seriously, can wingnuts read at all?

Ok I've read the bill and I think that what it says is that the states can choose the plan that would be best, but I'd like another source or another answer because this just doesn't sound right to me.

Someone wrote a ltte with all the right wing talking points. For instance, he said that page 50 says that illegals will get free healthcare, etc.

Most were easy to debunk. I just don't quite understand page 254 of the bill and I don't like the way Please Cut the Crap debunked it. I was just looking for some other sources to check into this.
