I just went back and looked at that post. I could write a book about that stuff. Trouble is, 99% of the people wouldn't get farther than 25% through it.

Its a ridiculously complex subject and only gets worse when you blow it out to an enterprise-scale Exchange email system. Most people see email as something that just works automagically, through the good offices of The Magic Blue Smoke.
